E-Stay Ebisu - Osaka

The one-bedroom apartment felt cozy and was well-designed. I loved the seamless self-check-in process. It made settling in easy. The apartment was a ten-minute walk from a JR train station and close to several metro lines, giving us great access to places like Kuromon Ichiba Market and Dotonbori. Appreciating the ease of popping into nearby convenience stores like Family Mart was a nice bonus. Noise from families with children disrupted sleep a few times, particularly on the second floor. The washing machine in the apartment was a lifesaver, especially during our longer stay. It would be great if they could provide some extra soundproofing for better rest. It was a fantastic stay with minor inconveniences that didn't overshadow the positives.

the location was comfortable, for example, aria resort & casino was within a close distance from the hotel. it was maximum 30 minutes drive to the airport.

Pillows firm. A softer option would be nice for variety. Mattress could use more padding for comfort. It felt a bit thin. The extra bed took up space and could be replaced with more functional furniture.

I stayed here 6 nights and liked it. The location was convenient: shops and convenience stores were within walking distance. Plus, main attraction such as The Strip was 2 km from this hotel.

The whole experience was such wonderful. The hotel was great, and I really enjoyed it. The staff was very helpful, provided an automated check-in and a late check-out. Also, location was absolutely perfect and comfy, just 5 minutes walk from Tsutenkaku Tower. And it was also not far from food outlets and convenience store and the main areas and convenience stores.

I encountered some serious issues . First, the lack of staff on-site made it difficult to resolve an urgent situation when my room entry code failed. It took an uncomfortable amount of time to get assistance, leaving me feeling stressed as I rushed to pack for my bus. I noticed that the slow wifi was a hindrance when trying to plan my outings, and I'd expected a work desk based on the advertised photos, but it was absent in my room.

Had a blast with friends! The place is just a short walk to Shinsekai and Tennoji Zoo. Super clean rooms with all the essentials, and the easy self-check-in was easy. Lots of convenience with amenities like washers and great views. Strongly recommend for groups looking to explore!

E-stay ebisu is in a quiet and safe area, just a short walk to a convenience store and various attractions. The one-bedroom apartment was cozy and well-equipped. I appreciated the easy self-check-in and the spacious feel of the room with everything i needed for my stay.
